Cinnamon Chili Pork Tenderloin

  • Roll a whole pork tenderloin in Cinnamon Chili Spice Rub and bake in 350 F oven or over bbq over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing into nicely crusted medallions.
  • Drizzle with warmed Chili Honey before serving.
