Palette Fine Foods was created in 2000 by Marnie Fudge. After seven years in the Specialty food produce business, she decided to create a line of products that used many of the exotic and innovative ingredients that she had come to know and love.
Thus an ensemble of 8 products were introduced in early 2000. These products are all designed to provide gourmets with a quick and easy way of making simple yet delicious food everyday. They include Golden Raspberry Jam, Purple Basil Jelly, Star Anise Honey, Chili Honey, Lavender Honey, Porcini Wild Mushroom Spice Rub, Lavender Citrus Spice Rub, and Cinnamon Chili Spice Rub.
The Jam and Jelly are natural, colorful and just sweet enough. The honeys are made with whole ingredients, no extracts, essences or additives to enhance the flavor - just the real thing!
