Porcini Wild Mushroom Spice Rub



Porcini Wild Mushroom Pasta

  • Saute over high heat 2 cups wild mushrooms roughly chopped in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until cooked through. T
  • Toss with 1-2 tablespoons of porcini wild mushroom spice rub and pepper to taste.
  • Add to cooked pasta.
Baby Beef Wellingtons

Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 6 (4 oz) beef tenderloins
  • Porcini Wild Mushroom Spice Rub
  • Splash of Cognac
  • One square of store bought puff pastry (thawed)
Procedure
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 F
  2. Coat each tenderloin generously with Porcini Wild Mushroom Spice Rub.
  3. Heat skillet to high heat and sear all sides on high heat (add your splash of cognac now if you like!)
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  5. Wrap each tenderloin in a cut piece of pastry so that the edges tuck under and bake 15 min. or to desired doneness.
  6. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
